I agree with the above points. Fortunately, the sale and rent back market is now regulated by the FSA. I suggest anyone who is thinking of using a sell and rent back scheme should call the FSA to check that the compnay they are dealing with is approved or visit the site FSA

I’d agree with the comment above – a rent back scheme would make a massive difference in the UK. There are private companies which do this but it’s difficult for people to differentiate the good reputable companies from the bad ones, which is why it would help greatly if the government became involved.

Boy, we have this stain problem every single year. The whole family repaints the pool at the beginning of each Summer, and we are not thrilled. It didn’t occur to us though that the stains can actually be removed… I guess will have to give it a try next season.
